A simple and satisfying smoothie that the whole family will enjoy!
This recipe is for one person.
- 1 portion Reztart vanilla powder shake or neutral
- 100 grams of fresh or frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 200 ml Greek yogurt
- A little turmeric
Put everything in a blender and mix until you have a smooth smoothie.
If you want a more liquid smoothie, you can replace the yogurt with, for example, coconut milk. It is especially important to serve immediately when using Reztart FIT powder shake, as it swells when standing.
