Price information

  1. All prices in the online store www.reztart.com/en are quoted in SEK and include 12% VAT.
  2. Payments will be accepted in SEK.
  3. Prices are valid from the time the order is placed until the payment term for the order expires (24 hours after the order is placed).
  4. If the order was placed before the terms of sale or price list were changed, the terms in effect at the time of the order shall apply to the legal relationship between the buyer and Indevex AB. The online store www.reztart.com reserves the right to make changes to the price list. These changes are indicated on the website www.reztart.com
  5. We reserve the right to correct any misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

Placing an order

  1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.
  2. To place an order, go to the shopping cart (the link to the shopping cart is in the header and in the menu) and make sure that the selected items are correct and in the desired quantities.
  3. To place an order and pay for the goods, click on the “Go to checkout” link.
  4. On the order page, fill in the required data fields, select the appropriate delivery method and payment option. You can conveniently pay for the order via Klarna.
  5. Please fill in the fields on the data and order confirmation page carefully, as the quick and smooth delivery of the products you have purchased and the subsequent resolution of disputes and claims depends on the accuracy and correctness of the information provided.
  6. Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all the information about products, price, billing and delivery address.
  7. Please review your confirmation carefully. If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at info@reztart.se
  8. Orders placed in the Online Store are processed in 2-5 business days.

Sales agreement

  1. With the sales agreement for the goods, www.reztart.com undertakes to hand over to the buyer the existing goods or the goods acquired in the future by www.reztart.com (Indevex AB) and make the transfer of ownership to the buyer possible. The buyer undertakes to pay the amount stated on the invoice sent by www.reztart.com (Indevex AB) for the goods and accept the goods.
  2. Orders that have not been paid will be canceled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
  3. The sales agreement enters into force after the buyer’s payment has been received in the online store’s bank account.

Delivery

  1. Goods sold in www.reztart.com (Indevex AB) are delivered within Sweden.
  2. The delivery costs for the goods are borne by the Buyer and the respective price information is displayed next to the delivery method.
  3. After the sales agreement has entered into force, the order shall be completed and handed over to the company’s logistics partner.
  4. Packages normally arrive at the location specified by the buyer within 5 to 10 business days from the date the sales agreement enters into force.
  5. The delivery terms stated on the online store’s website are valid from the moment the payment for the order is received in the online store’s bank account.
  6. Please fill in the fields on the data and order confirmation page carefully, as the quick and smooth delivery of the products you have purchased and the subsequent resolution of disputes and claims depends on the accuracy and correctness of the information provided.
  7. www.reztart.com (Indevex AB) is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partner in time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances that www.reztart.com (Indevex AB) could not influence or foresee.

Return Policy

  1. Once the order has been received, the buyer has 14 days to withdraw from the agreement entered into with the online store. To return the goods, you must send an email to info@reztart.se. Your email must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and which goods the return applies to.
  2. In the event of deterioration of the condition of the product being returned, the buyer is liable for the product’s reduced value caused by the use of the product only in the event that the buyer used the product in a manner other than what was necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics and function. To determine the product’s nature, characteristics and function, the Buyer may only handle and use the product in the same way as the Buyer would normally be allowed to do in a store.
  3. Due to the nature of the product, it is not possible to return an item that is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and if it has been opened after delivery.
  4. Upon receipt of the withdrawal application, the online store shall immediately, but no later than 14 days, reimburse the buyer for all payments received from the buyer under the agreement, including the delivery costs for the used item.
  5. The costs of returning the goods shall be covered by the buyer unless the reason for the return is the fact that the goods to be returned do not correspond to what was ordered (an incorrect or defective item).
  6. Indevex AB has the right not to make any refund until the buyer has returned the purchased goods or has submitted proof that the goods have been handed over to the logistics company.
  7. Indevex AB shall make a refund to the same account from which the payment was received.

Procedure for submitting complaints

  1. We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the defect free of charge.
  2. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  3. Please notify us immediately via email info@reztart.se if the received item is not the item you ordered or if it is defective, however no later than 7 days after received delivery.
  4. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number and which goods the return applies to.

Product information

  1. We reserve the right for any printing errors on www.reztart.com and for products being sold out. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as correctly as possible.

Force Majeure

  1. www.reztart.com (Indevex AB) is not responsible for damages caused by the buyer or delays in the delivery of goods if the damage or delay in the delivery of goods is due to circumstances that www.reztart.com (Indevex AB) could not influence or foresee.

Personal data

By shopping at www.reztart.com (Indevex AB) you accept our data protection policy and our processing of your personal data. Indevex AB (www.reztart.com) is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us in order to manage your order and in those cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers – in order to adapt the marketing to your individual needs.

The information below is a summary of how we, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), store and process your data.

  1. What is personal data? Personal data is all information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.
  2. What data do we store? In order to manage your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address and purchase history.
  3. Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Accounting Act.
  4. Legal basis. In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the agreement with you.
  5. Marketing, promotions and similar mailings are made after consent from you.
  6. What data is shared and for what purpose?
    1. Payment provider. When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. What is stored is first name, last name, address, email address and telephone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, the social security number is also saved with the payment provider. The information is saved in order to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) that we use are: Klarna.
    2. Shipping company. In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is first name, last name and address details for delivery. Email address and/or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.

    3. Newsletter. If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, first name, last name and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.

  7. The right to access. You have the right to receive extracts of all information about you that is available from us. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.
  8. Right to rectification. You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or supplement information that is incomplete.
  9. The right to be forgotten. You can ask at any time that the data relating to you be deleted. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as if it is to be retained because we must fulfill a legal obligation (for example, under the Accounting Act).
  10. Responsible for data protection. Indevex AB (www.reztart.com) is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures that the rules are followed.
  11. How we protect your personal data. We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to store, process and communicate sensitive information such as personal data and passwords in a secure manner.

Dispute and choice of law

  1. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in mutual understanding with the company’s customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.     In the event of a dispute, we follow decisions from ARN or equivalent dispute resolution body.
    Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.
